Bill Belichick Has Blunt Response To Question About His Future

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick likes being Bill Belichick, especially when reporters ask him about his future.

The brilliant coach and his team are getting ready for the upcoming season. BB will have his first season without quarterback Tom Brady. Former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton will replace the greatest of all time. If he can stay healthy, the Patriots can make the Super Bowl. New England needed a big offensive boost. It looks like Newton has everything they need.

Bill Belichick doesn’t like talking about his future

The regular season will start in a few days. Patriots fans plan their new beginning. That’s not the only topic these days. Some fans ask questions about Belichick’s longevity and his future in the NFL.

One of the reporters asked Belichick on Monday what his football future looks like. That’s when the real Bill Belichick stepped in. The Miami Dolphins are his main focus, and Belichick doesn’t even think of any other topic.

“Yeah, I am just trying to get ready for Miami,” the Patriots head coach responded. “I don’t know. Long-term for me would be Sunday.”

The reporter should have seen this coming. Belichick doesn’t like talking about his next move. His players do the same thing. Remember when Newton first landed in New England? He didn’t say a word about his future with the Patriots. Today, he is taking the starting role with the team.

Belichick is focused on the upcoming season. From what we can see, he doesn’t even think of retiring. The head coach and his players will start the 2020 campaign this Sunday. The Miami Dolphins are the first team to arrive at Gillette Stadium. They are still rebuilding, and this gives a big advantage to the Patriots.

The Buffalo Bills may be the only threat New England has at the moment. But, we believe Belichick has a solution to every obstacle on the way. His team is well prepared and he has a good quarterback.
