JR Smith Fires Back at Sam Dekker Wife With Reason he Hated Cavs Teammate

Los Angeles Lakers veteran guard JR Smith got into a thing with former teammate Sam Dekker. And his wife. The situation escalated within a few days, and it seems like both sides have something to say.

Smith said Dekker was the only team he has ever hated during his lengthy NBA career because he supports Donald Trump. Racism seems to be an issue, too.

Dekker’s wife, Olivia Harlan Dekker, took notice of the comments Smith made of her husband. She reacted to an article about Smith’s relationship with her husband. According to gorgeous Olivia, the comments Smith made were inaccurate and unfair.

Smith didn’t stop here. He responded to Olivia’s reaction, and the situation seems to be pretty tense. The Lakers veteran called out Olivia on Twitter and he also used the N- word.

Olivia had something to say, too. She continued defending her husband, and Smith got even more frustrated.

Smith and Dekker were part of the Cleveland Cavaliers team in 2018-19 for a few weeks. Dekker sustained an injury and the team traded him to the Washington Wizards. Smith played in 11 games that season.

JR Smith and Sam Dekker aren’t playing in the same circle

Dekker is no longer part of the NBA world. He couldn’t find a home for the 2019-20 season after playing for Washington. His career averages stand at 5.5 points and 3.0 rebounds. Dekker has been part of the Cavaliers, Wizards, Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers.

Smith is telling a different story. He has won his second title after the Los Angeles Lakers defeated Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat. JR didn’t see a lot of action in the series, but he was definitely a leader during the Lakers celebration.

The NBA has yet to make a decision regarding the start of the 2020-21 season. for now, fans will have to satisfy with the drama between Smith and Dekker.
