Watch: Shannon Sharpe Brings in Live Goat Wearing LeBron James’ Lakers Jersey

Shannon Sharp decided to bring in a live goat wearing a LeBron James Lakers jersey on during the show yesterday. The Lakers are officially NBA Champions. This is the type of year that Laker fans have been waiting for since the days of Kobe Bryant. Sadly, it was a bit shortened and looked a lot different due to the COVID-19 situation.

But that does not take anything away from the title that the Lakers brought home this year. With Anthony Davis and LeBron James teaming up, it has been great to see the tandem in action. Another good thing about this is that the Laker players can now move on with their lives outside of the NBA bubble.

Take a look at what LeBron said about being in the bubble previously.

“I am here for one reason and one reason only, and that’s to compete for a championship,” James said. “That was my mindset once I entered the bubble, once I entered the quarantine process the first two days. And then right from my first practice my mindset was to, if I’m going to be here, make the most of it and see what you can do and lock in on what the main thing is. And the main thing was for us to finish the season and compete for a championship.”

“So that’s just been my mindset throughout these — I don’t even know how many days it is, whatever how many days it is, it feels like five years so it really doesn’t matter. I’ve been as locked in as I’ve ever been in my career.”

But after the Lakers won the title, there were some interesting things to watch. Take a look at what Shannon Sharpe did recently on live television.

“You’ve been unbelievable. That’s my guy,” Sharpe told LeBron (the goat). “That’s a real GOAT, Skip.”

“You know what a little bird told me? This goat’s real name is Michael. That’s what they call him, Michael,” Bayless fired back.

LeBron James is THE GOAT, not a goat. But in any case, this was very interesting to see and a great way to prove a point.

What do you think about what he had to say?
