Danny Green Makes an Interesting Revelation Regarding JR Smith

The Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA championship this season. It was a great win for the team and yes, it was team effort. That’s what LeBron James said following the win. Lakers players celebrated their success and guess who was leading the celebration? Danny Green has something to say about this, and his comments are linked to JR Smith.

Smith couldn’t hide his excitement, and Kyle Kuzma, Alex Caruso, Dwight Howard, and many others followed him. It was hilarious!

This is not the first time Smith celebrates without his shirt on. Yes, Smith will probably keep these celebrations coming.

Danny Green praises JR Smith

With 15 seconds left in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, Smith was already shirtless. He was walking around with his bare chest. It was time for a celebration, and Smith couldn’t wait for the final buzzer-beater.

The veteran joined the Lakers as a replacement for Avery Bradley who opted out of the postseason. Smith played in only 10 playoff games. He didn’t see any action after Game 2 against Jimmy Butler’s Miami Heat. Smith didn’t have his best performance, but he was super ecstatic for winning his second ring. You did see this coming, right?

Green appeared on “Inside the Green Room with Danny Green,” and talked about his Lakers team. He emphasized that Smith is actually the king of celebrations in each NBA team he has played with.

“He’ll be on his (Instagram) lives, having everything going up. There are a couple of guys who get after it (like he does). He was ready to go! He’s always my MVP of celebrations.

We couldn’t agree more. Remember Smith’s shirtless phase back when he won his first ring with the Cleveland Cavaliers four years ago. Smith’s team defeated the Golden State Warriors and actually started off a tradition. He kept celebrating without his shirt on. Smith celebrated his success with bare chest and we are already used to this.

Los Angeles will enter the upcoming season without some of the veterans.
