The Moment LeBron James Found Out Giannis Antetokounmpo Won MVP in NBA Bubble

LeBron James found out that Giannis Antetokounmpo won the NBA MVP Award inside the NBA bubble. It was a tight battle for both players as they both had great seasons. Giannis’ team had the best record in the NBA, but LeBron led his team to the NBA Finals. The Greek Freak won the individual award and won by a substantial amount over the four-time NBA champion. Well, we all know that LeBron was the last to laugh. He won his ring and that’s the only thing that matters at the moment.

Lakers guard Alex Caruso was there when LeBron found out about Giannis’ award. He recalls the moment he heard the news. It was supposed to be an awkward moment for everyone. However, LeBron wasn’t really bothered at all.

“I think we were all together when we found out,” Caruso said. “I don’t think there was any big rally cry around it as a team. LeBron might have had that partially within himself. But he doesn’t need any extra motivation chasing after a championship.”

LeBron to beat Giannis in the MVP race

LeBron wasn’t really bothered with this because he was focused on his championship win. The Lakers superstar won his fourth ring at 36 and he won’t stop at this point. Winning a MVP award is great, but LeBron won his NBA Finals MVP award.

Things look really great for the king this year as he is about to repeat the same success. LeBron and his teammates are winning games without Anthony Davis and that’s pretty much awesome. Things will get even better once Davis returns. LeBron doesn’t need an MVP award to win games. He doesn’t need extra motivation to win the championship. He joined the Lakers to get his rings and that’s the only thing that matters.

The Lakers have been linked with several veterans these days and General Manager Rob Pelinka is about to make a move. AD missed a lot of time, and Alex Caruso missed some time too.
