LeBron James Sells Miami Mansion With Space For Two Yachts

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James lived in a fancy Miami mansion when he played for the Heat. Well, the big mansion just sold for $12.75 million. This was LeBron’s home from 2010 to 2014.

King James bought the mansion a few months after he signed with the Heat in 2010. He paid $9 million to get it. LeBron sold the home for $13.4 million in 2015 after re-signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The four-time NBA champion originally listed the property for $17 million.

Located less than five miles from American Airlines Arena, where Miami Heat players play. The property has a half-acre lot overlooking Biscayne Bay. It features a pool with a swim-up bar and a nice concrete doc that fits two 60-foot yachts.

LeBron James bought another luxury mansion

There’s a chic three-story main home and another one-bedroom guesthouse. The main house is built on an area of 12,000 square feet. It has five bedrooms and 71/2 bathrooms.

The first floor has a living area gym (of course), and game room. The second floor has a gourmet kitchen, custom theater, wine cellar, office, and living room with a wet bar. Go all the way up and you get a primary suite with a balcony that ascends to the rooftop deck.

LeBron is the best basketball player of all time. The king of basketball led the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers to championship wins before inking a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018. His first season with the Lakers was bad, but he led the team to a title in 2020. They won the championship inside the NBA bubble in Orlando.

LeBron has changed a lot of homes in his career. He purchased two mansions in Brentwood and paid $21 million and $23 million. In 2020, he bought a Mediterranean-style mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $36.75 million.

Lino Morejon of Mayfair Real Estate Advisors holds the listing.

The king of basketball is ready to reach the highest heights. He is on his way to win another championship with the Lakers. Yes, LeBron deals with an injury now, but he feels much better.
