Carmelo Anthony Reveals All-Time 12-Man Roster, Leaves Out LeBron James

Carmelo Anthony joined LeBron James’ roster this offseason, but he didn’t add the four-time NBA champion to his roster. Interesting, right?

Melo and LeBron are teammates now and fans are already excited about them teaming up. The veteran has received a lot of questions about his new deal, the role he will be getting with the Lakers, and his thoughts of this Lakers team.

The newly-added Lakers veteran appeared on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. They talked about several great topics, and Melo received a lot of interesting questions. Becoming a Laker at this age is quite a challenge, and Melo accepted it.

Carmelo Anthony builds the most awkward roster

One particular question caught everyone’s attention. Melo was told to build his NBA roster. Guess what… He didn’t list LeBron. King James didn’t find his spot in the equation. Did Melo just say that LeBron doesn’t deserve to be part of his starting lineup?

Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, and Hakeem Olajuwon, and of course, Melo are part of this lineup.

Great LeBron got a spot in the second unit. He is joining forces with Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant, and Shaquille O’Neal. Melo finished his roster with Julius Erving and Allen Iverson.

Top players didn’t get their name called this time. How will Lakers fans react to this? The Lakers got Melo after all this years. LeBron really wanted to have him on the roster, but the Lakers said “no.” Melo is officially a Laker and talking like this may make people angry. We all know that LeBron is the GOAT and he has a strong army of supporters out there. A spot in the second unit? Melo must be joking. He probably ignores the fact that he will have to play with LeBron next season.

The Portland Trail Blazers were the only team to make a good offer for Melo. He spent two seasons on their roster and picked up some great lines from Damian Lillard. He is a Laker now and this may be his only chance to win a ring in his career.
