The New England Patriots need every talented player on the field Sunday. They are meeting the New Orleans Saints, and head coach Bill Belichick said they were one of the best coached team in the NFL at the moment. The injury report didn’t look too scary this week, but everyone is waiting for Matt Judon to share an injury update. That’s exactly what he did.

Matt Judon provides promising injury update

The Patriots linebacker talked to the media Friday. He hinted at his potential return and this came like a relief to many fans. Judon missed practice time due to a knee injury.

“Aw, shoot,” he said when asked about the injury. “Hey, uh, Bill gave me some R&R, man, you feel me? So, I’m feelin’ good. You know, I got to take a nap and everything. So, I’m straight.”

The Patriots are playing the Saints Sunday and Judon needs to get ready for the match. Will he suit up for the game?

“Man, whoever strap up, that’s what strap up,” Judon said. “Buy a ticket. Buy a ticket, see what strap up, man. We just gone see.”

The veteran linebacker joined the Patriots at the right time. He believes that his connection with the team is at a high level and this is important for the game. Judon is the perfect linebacker to play with the team at this point. If you ask him, he will say that the Patriots just let him be him. Of course, Belichick has a strong team and his system is pretty tough. Not everyone can play in New England and Judon knows it.

Some former Patriots players would say that they had trouble coping with Belichick. Judon doesn’t have this problem. He enjoys being himself. He has a key role on the field and the team needs him on Sunday.
