Colin Cowherd Declares Patriots ‘Back’ With Order ‘Restored’ In AFC

Colin Cowherd definitely believes that the New England Patriots are a dominant force in the AFC. The team’s most recent win triggered these comments. Head coach Bill Belichick and his players beat the Cleveland Browns, continuing their winning streak.

Cowherd took to Twitter to warn the AFC. Yes, he was right about this. Teams should take this warning seriously.

Colin Cowherd gives the Patriots a big advantage in the AFC

The FS1 host likes the way Patriots players handle their opponents. If you ask him, he will say the Patriots are definitely a Super Bowl contender. He also added that they look like the Patriots with veteran quarterback Tom Brady three years ago. Can you believe it? Cowherd also likes Mac Jones’ performance. The rookie quarterback is the ultimate leader for the team. Moreover, he gives the Patriots a chance to make the playoffs.

“They look like New England with (Tom) Brady three years ago,” Cowherd said Monday on FS1. “Maybe not a Super Bowl team. I’m not sure I’d count them out yet. Mac Jones has been terrific. They hit on most of their draft picks. Christian Barmore from Alabama on the front is excellent. Mac Jones from Alabama. Rhamondre Stevenson, the running back from Oklahoma, is outstanding.

“Much like the Steelers did with their offensive picks, it looks like New England hit on their picks. They’re infused with a little youth. The defense is back. The coaching is brilliant. No freebies, win time of possession and derail average quarterbacks, which is now what Baker Mayfield is.”

A lot of teams did a decent job in the regular season. The AFC has a lot of talented players. This will make things a little difficult for the Patriots. However, Cowherd puts the Patriots on top. What does that mean?
