Tom Brady Reveals Why He Might Retire From The NFL

Tom Brady shocked pretty much everyone with the possibility to retire from the NFL. Will the greatest quarterback of all time call it career? Brady has been making the hottest headlines these days.

Several reports suggested that Brady may retire from the game. In the postgame conference following the loss to the Los Angeles Rams, Brady said that he has yet to make a decision on his future. Oh, wait, there’s more.

Brady says that he has a few good reasons to retire. His wife, Gisele, is really worried about him. He’s getting hit over and over again. Gisele doesn’t want him to get hit anymore.

“It pains her to see me get hit out there,” Brady said during the most recent episode of the “Let’s Go” podcast. “And she deserves what she needs from me as a husband and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad.

“I said this a few years ago, it’s what relationships are all about.  It’s not always what I want.  It’s what we want as a family.  And I’m gonna spend a lot of time with them and figure out in the future what’s next.”

Brady plays elite football, and he really wants to get the best of the game. He may be 44 but he is definitely happy to do what he knows best. If you as Brady, he will say that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers deserve his best game.

“The team doesn’t deserve anything less than my best,” Brady added. “And if I feel like I’m not committed to that, or I can’t play at a championship level, then you gotta give someone else a chance to play.  And, you know, we’ll see.”

The Buccaneers gave Brady a good deal and he won’t disappoint them. He has great plans with his career. The Buccaneers won a championship thanks to Brady. He won his seventh ring in his debut season with the team. Let’s see what happens this offseason. Brady has to play smart.
