Report: LeBron James Exploring ‘All Options’ Except One Treatment to Get Back on The Court

The Los Angeles Lakers will be without their superstar for longer time. LeBron James misses game due to his knee injury and he seems to be getting proper treatment to fix the problem. The four-time NBA champion is missing time due to his injury and things don’t look really good for the team. The Lakers have lost many games in the regular season. LeBron and his crew try to speed up the recovery process, but PRP is off the table for now.

Ever heard of it? PRP is platelet-rich plasma therapy commonly used in the treatment of serious injuries. However, LeBron won’t have this treatment at the moment. He wants to get back to the court, but he won’t do PRP. Some say this may be his best option when it comes to accelerating the healing process. No, LeBron is not doing that.

“He’s not going to play again until that swelling subsides,” ESPN’s Dave McMenamin said. “The Lakers are sticking by that plan. They believe if he plays with the swelling in there, he could be at risk of further injuring himself.

“I’m told from a source close to LeBron they are exploring all options when it comes to treatment, except they have ruled out the possibility of PRP. He will not be going with PRP as part of his ramp-up to try to get back onto the court.”

LeBron James tries to recover with the best treatment

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel is really careful with LeBron. The king of basketball won’t play until his swelling is gone. Hopefully, he will get better before it’s too late. The Lakers have a 24-27 record at this point. Lakers players can’t lose more games. They just can’t.

LeBron is not a fan of the play-in tournament, but his team may have to go through the same procedure. The Western Conference is packed with competition and the Lakers will have to meet tougher opponents.

Anthony Davis is back and Russell Westbrook has shown some improvement. Will these to be able to lead the team in LeBron’s absence?
