Rich Paul Breaks Silence On LeBron Rumors
LeBron James triggered an avalanche of reactions in the NBA. Suddenly, everyone is talking about his retirement, his departure from LA, and also his teaming up with his oldest son Bronny. There are also reports about the cold war between LeBron and the Los Angeles Lakers. Klutch Sports owner Rich Paul heard all the LeBron rumors and decided to offer an explanation.
“I just don’t think (communicating indirectly) is the right way of doing business,” Paul told The Athletic. “And I don’t think that’s who we are, who LeBron is. We have a great partnership with the Lakers. The Klutch Sports Group and the Lakers don’t have an issue. Rich Paul and Rob Pelinka don’t have an issue. LeBron James and Rob Pelinka don’t have an issue. And Jeanie Buss and LeBron and Rich Paul don’t have an issue. It’s very simple. Very simple. So, you know, whoever put that type of stuff out, and people run with it, I think it’s unfair to the Lakers.”
Rich Paul shuts down LeBron rumors… For now
As you already know, Paul had a meeting with Jeanie Buss and Rob Pelinka. They talked about the current situation and I guess they all came up with a good solution. Things look much better now.
Will this put an end to rumors? LeBron was visibly frustrated with Pelinka’s decision to keep each and every player on his roster. Analysts claimed that LeBron wanted the team to get rid of Russell Westbrook and get John Wall. Pelinka didn’t want to lose someone who they got this season. The Houston Rockets also wanted a first-round pick. The Lakers turned down the offer.
That’s a whole lot of denial for something that’s supposedly not an issue https://t.co/SSVJIa8axl

So first Rich Paul told everyone that LeBron isn't happy, He didn't sign off Trade decision and now he is saying all is well. Does he also agree that LeBron needs LA more than LA needs Lebron https://t.co/e1mWYPPGXs

LeBron didn’t close the door for his return to Cleveland. He doesn’t know what the future holds for him. One thing stands for sure. LeBron wants to play with his oldest son Bronny. If the Lakers don’t get the kid, LeBron will probably leave the franchise at one point. There’s so much going on right now and we can only make predictions at this point. What’s on the table right now?
