LeBron James Gets Critical Injury Update Ahead of Rockets Game

The Los Angeles Lakers may be without their superstar again. LeBron James is dealing with knee soreness and the team has an injury update. According to latest reports, the Lakers listed LeBron as questionable for the game against the Houston Rockets.

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel revealed that LeBron will miss the game against the San Antonio Spurs. The four-time NBA champion has been dealing with soreness in his knee since his “break” in late January and early February. LeBron managed this injury in the 10 games since his return to the basketball floor. The Lakers head coach revealed on Monday that LeBron experienced soreness in his knee right after the game. However, he saw it subside in the next few days.

Things look a lot different now.

LeBron may miss another game and this is probably the worst scenario for the purple and gold. The team had some time off and now they are playing against the Houston Rockets. Several sources reported that LeBron’s injury is not expected to be a long-term issue.

LeBron James shouldn’t be too worried about this injury update

The king’s last knee-related absence was pretty similar to the sureness that wasn’t subsiding. LeBron talked about his injury prior to the All-Star weekend. He is well aware of the fact that a proper rest is the only solution to his problem. He really needs to rest and relax. Unfortunately, NBA players can’t afford a proper rest at this point of the regular season.

Anthony Davis is out and LeBron had to carry the entire team on his back. Most of his teammates struggle to make an impact and Russell Westbrook made too many mistakes. Lakers fans are visibly frustrated and some of them even teased players. LeBron and Russ went against some of the guys because yes, it’s just too much. NBA teams deal with a big pressure right now and having heckling fans in the stands is the last thing they need.

The Lakers front office has a few reasons to be concerned right now.
