The Los Angeles Lakers will be without LeBron James in the upcoming game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Did Frank Vogel consider resting his superstar? NBA analysts thought it would be really smart to rest LeBron at this point. Well, LeBron will miss the clash against the 76ers and fans started panicking.

We all know that LeBron has been dealing with a nagging knee injury. He missed games due to this injury. It didn’t stop LeBron from playing. He played through discomfort and even led the team to a win.

Well, Ryan Ward reported that LeBron will stay on the sideline again. He will treat his injury and speed up his recovery process.

LeBron to miss the clash against 76ers, other teams?

LeBron has been relatively healthy throughout his entire career. However, he suffered a terrible groin injury in his first season with the Lakers. He was able to lead the team to a title in his second season. Well, LeBron missed a big chunk of the regular season last year and so did Anthony Davis. The Lakers ended up in the play-in tournament and lost the series to the Phoenix Suns. This year was no different. LeBron was sidelined due to his injuries and his knee is still sore. This soreness will probably force him to sit out some of the next few games.

King James was great in the last game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He went back home to beat his former team. He even posterized Kevin Love in the second quarter of the game. It was a great game and the Lakers were able to return home with a big W. Magic Johnson was impressed with LeBron’s performance. Draymond Green shared similar comments.

LeBron makes history every time he makes the floor. He passed Karl Malone for second on the all-time scoring list. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is on the top of this list. To be honest, LeBron has a really good chance to pass Abdul-Jabbar.

NBA analysts would agree that LeBron has accomplished things that haven’t been accomplished by other players. He is a 37-year-old who can hit 50 points or a triple-double at any point of the regular season. Unfortunately, injuries played a big role in the last couple of seasons of his career.
