Trae Young Has Cryptic Response To Rumored LeBron James Team Up

Trae Young and LeBron James could team up if the Atlanta Hawks select Bronny James in the first round of the 2024 NBA Draft.

This idea could easily turn into a real scenario. LeBron wants to play with his son and Bronny could join the Hawks in the draft. He will play college basketball at USC in 2023 and NBA analysts have discussed his debut in the NBA.

LeBron is free to go wherever he wants next season. He has a player option in 2024 and may test the open market once again. Analysts have a strong intuition that he won’t try his chances somewhere else. A lot of people say he will just join the team that selects his son. Imagine LeBron, Bronny, and Young on the same team… That would be insane.

Bronny may team up with LeBron and Young

Jonathan Givony and Jeremy Woo from ESPN were the first to mention the idea of seeing Bronny in Atlanta. According to them, the Hawks will use the No.17 overall to get LeBron’s son. This would attract LeBron right away!

King James took notice of this scenario and offered a response on June 27.

“Wellllll ATL shawty the #JamesGang will be pulling up!” the four-time NBA champion wrote in his Instagram story.

As you may be guessing, the NBA world went crazy! Did LeBron just drop a hint? We have a feeling that he won’t really say no to an Atlanta offer if his son becomes a Hawk.

Young hopped in and just said, “Talk soon.” Oh, this was more than enough to start off a huge discussion. What’s going on? Are these two up to something?

Here’s a fun fact. Young is a Klutch Sports client.

Jovan Buha from The Athletic was one of the many to report that the Lakers have great interest in trading for Young. Jake Fischer from Yahoo Sports went against this and insists that the Hawks told everyone that their star is not available for a trade.

Let’s see what happens in 2024. The list of options is really long. Will LeBron leave the Lakers despite moving all his business to the big city?
