Lakers’ LeBron James Delivers Harsh Message To Anthony Davis Critics

The Los Angeles Lakers had an incredible performance in the win over the Phoenix Suns. LeBron James and Anthony Davis showed their dominant side once again, but critics seem to ignore this. Some of them were disappointed by the performance Davis had in the loss to the Denver Nuggets. Some even encouraged the Lakers to trade the big man for Joel Embiid from the Philadelphia 76ers.

LeBron heard all this and said the team does not even care about outside noise. The four-time NBA champion doesn’t let anyone get under his skin. The same goes to AD.

“We don’t care,” LeBron told Jared Greenberg from TNT. “Nothing bothers us. AD doesn’t care. I don’t know if guys have figured that out. AD does not care. He’s not on social media so he doesn’t see none of the crap. He rarely talks, that’s just us. So we don’t give a s*** about it, and he definitely doesn’t. He go out and do his job, and we happy to have AD.”

LeBron defends Davis from critics

In the 100-95 win over the Phoenix Suns, Davis scored 30 points, 12 rebounds, three blocks, three steals, and two assists. It was a good game, but critics can’t stop talking about Davis’ average performance against the Nuggets.

“I just need him to be aggressive,” head coach Darvin Ham said before the win over the Suns. “Stay aggressive. That’s it.”

Davis did his best to remind everyone of his skills. He is one of the better players in the NBA and Kendrick Perkins was loud and clear about it.

“You know who I have a problem with, is everybody who has a problem with AD. Because the Lakers don’t have an AD problem,” said Perkins on “First Take” on October 27. “He has shown us time and time again that he’s capable of rising to the occasion and getting things done.”

The Lakers will proceed with their great game. Both LeBron and Davis will have to stay healthy and avoid injuries. Let’s see what happens in Game 3.
