Look: Nike Installed a Massive LeBron James Billboard Outside Staples Center

Removing the LeBron James banner was the first thing Cleveland did right after the NBA star left the Cavaliers this offseason. Fans were shocked to see that the banner on the side of the Sherwin Williams building is gone, but they will now get the chance to see the new LeBron James billboard.

LeBron’s banner in Cleveland was definitely the most photographed landmark in the city, and people were coming to take a picture of it. However, it was removed shortly after LeBron’s departure. LeBron is a great star, and he will not just go without a billboard for too long. Have you seen the new James LeBron billboard placed just steps from Staples Center in Los Angeles?

Nike organized the installation of the impressive billboard right in front of ESPN’s Los Angeles Studio. The billboard features LeBron wearing a Lakers uniform. There is also a message build around the new “Just Do It” campaign.

We have also seen LeBron’s banners placed in hotels at LA Live. Let’s just hope that vandals will not put their hands on the banners and the billboards. Remember how they destroyed LeBron’s murals in the city? Artists kept fixing the damage until one of them gave up and painted a brand new thing. It seems like some people are not just used to seeing LeBron in the team that was once led by Kobe Bryant.

LeBron signed with the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this summer after spending two stints with the Cavaliers. He moved to the big city for a reason, and his family was involved in the decision-making process.

The king of basketball is in town now, and he will sure bring the Lakers to the NBA Finals. The team struggled a lot in the past few years, but they are doing just fine at the moment. Thanks, LeBron.
