Watch: Kyle Van Noy Destroys Stephen A. Smith For Woeful Analysis

Stephen A. Smith did not have the best morning, and did not even see it coming. Smith discussed the “Thursday Night Football” game between the Los Angeles Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs on “First Take.”

Smith provided an analysis that triggered some outrageous facial reactions from co-host Max Kellerman and guest Tedy Bruschi.

“I’m also looking at the San Diego Chargers offense, and I’m thinking about Hunter Henry and the way he’s played this year and effective as he’s been. He’s going up against Derrick Johnson and I’ve gotta keep my eyes on that. Because I’m looking at it from the standpoint that, listen, here’s where I’m at at this point … ” Smith said.

Henry did not play, and the Oakland Raiders released Johnson after having him on the field for six games.

Smith apologized for his move. Did he really apologize? Well, New England Patriots linebacker Kyle Van Noy decided to get involved in the topic. It was definitely a surprise for everyone following the discussion.

“Imagine if a player made 4 mistakes in a game like he just did what would he say about that player…” Kyle Van Noy tweeted.

Smith never excused players who make mistakes, so things like this will sure get noticed. The host always skewers athletes for their huge mistakes, and we believe that other players will get inside the whole thing, too. Was Smith asking for it? He sure was…

Why did Smith make mistakes of this kind? He always gives precise analysis, and many wonder if he has some sort of problem or something. His apology was not enough for Van Noy which is why he decided to get involved in the discussion. Will Smith smash Van Noy in the first opportunity he gets? He sure will… Let’s see how will things develop for Smith.
