More Details Emerge About Robert Kraft’s Soliciting Prostitution Charges

New England’s celebration ended up too early as team owner Robert Kraft is charged with two different counts of prostitution soliciting. Kraft was involved in a sex trafficking scandal at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida. Authorities will issue an arrest warrant Monday.

Police sources reveal that the Patriots owner was dropped off by his chauffeur twice. He paid up to $79 for sex acts. According to police affidavit, Kraft’s payments do not include sexual intercourse. Kraft was caught on camera making a payment for the acts, but he denies any prostitution allegations.

Kraft will sure face punishment from the NFL. “The NFL is aware of the ongoing law enforcement matter and will continue to monitor developments,” the league said right after the scandal broke.

NFL to punish Kraft upon prostitution scandal

If the league opens an investigation, Kraft will be punished for violating the personal conduct policy. It applies to both players and owners.

“It is a privilege to be part of the National Football League. Everyone who is part of the league must refrain from ‘conduct detrimental to the integrity of and public confidence in’ the NFL,” the policy states. “This includes owners, coaches, players, other team employees, game officials, and employees of the league office, NFL Films, NFL Network, or any other NFL business.”

“Ownership and club or league management have traditionally been held to a higher standard and will be subject to more significant discipline when violations of the Personal Conduct Policy occur.”

The NFL has strict rules, and it can punish owners for anything that they see fit.

“Conduct by anyone in the league that is illegal, violent, dangerous, or irresponsible puts innocent victims at risk, damages the reputation of others in the game, and undercuts public respect and support for the NFL.”

Owners do not usually get punished by the NFL, but it has happened before.
