Another Woman From Orchids of Asia Spa Has Been Arrested in Connection With Robert Kraft Case

Patriots owner Robert Kraft is still involved in the biggest scandal in his professional career, and the whole thing took a new turn. According to Jupiter police, another woman has been arrested and charged with one count of “deriving support from prostitution and eight counts of offering to commit prostitution.” Her name is Shen Mingbi, and she was the woman who “accompanied” the Patriots owner in the room.

Mingbi was released on $5,000 bond and under the condition that she hands in her passport and stops working in the spa/massage industry.

Jupiter police confirmed that Mingbi was actually identified on surveillance cameras engaging in sexual activities with the Patriots owner.

Lei Wang was also accused of performing sexual acts on Kraft.

Prosectutors try to develop a case around the video tapes. They did their best to trigger the release of the spa video, but the judge has ruled against their efforts.

Kraft’s legal team is expected to return to court within the following days to continue blocking the release of the video. This evidence is the only card prosecutors have against the Patriots owner.

Judge Leonard Hanser of Palm Beach County said in a ruling that Kraft’s right to fair trial on hsi charges “requires the disputed videotape to be withheld” for limited period of time from media members that demand its release.

The judge’s written order is a response to the request by Kraft’s lawyers to keep the videos away from public’s eye.

“A seventy-eight year old man walks into a day spa and, in addition to receiving conventional spa services, he allegedly engages in illegal sexual activity,” the judge wrote.

“That seems like a rather tawdry but fairly unremarkable event,” Hanser wrote. “But if that man is the owner of the most successful franchise in, arguably, the most popular professional sport in the United States, an entirely different dynamic arises, especially if the encounter is captured on videotape, and the incident is the focus of much media attention and pre-trial publicity.”

The process won’t end in near future. Robert Kraft will have to save his reputation, and he has already apologized to everyone affected, including the Patriots nation.
