Nick Young Destroys Haters, Urges To Stop Disrespecting LeBron James

Lakers star LeBron James didn’t play his best game this season, and he is missing the NBA Finals for the first time since 2010. The Los Angeles Lakers missed the playoffs for the sixth consecutive year, and LeBron missed the playoffs for the first time since 2005. He suffered a terrible injury and was sidelined for quite some time. But, he was still able to put out some great numbers and even hit a few milestones. If you ask Nick Young, he will say that LeBron deserves more respect.

Young is convinced that haters waited for LeBron to miss the playoffs to attack him.

“kawhi Leonard is cold af but dnt act like bron ain’t ran threw the east every yr it’s like y’all couldn’t wait for him to miss the playoffs .. y’all better appreciate what that man did for the league,” he wrote on Twitter.

He isn’t the only person who says this. Draymond Green made a few comments regarding LeBron, and some of them explain how LeBron became this strong.

“I think you should say that,” Green said when asked if LeBron should consider himself a great player. “I think you should believe that. And you should definitely let the world know that. I think Bron over the last four years became LeBron James. And it wasn’t nothing to do with winning and it wasn’t nothing to do with stats. He found himself.

“People didn’t start to view him as they view him now, until he became that force, that man to say, ‘I’m here.’ I feel like for years, he shied away from saying ‘I’m here.’ And when he started to say, ‘F*** you all, I’m here.’ That’s when he became who he is, and no one would ever said that until he did it himself.
“Motherf***ers f***ed with Mike because Mike was like, ‘I’m Mike with my hoop earring. F*** all y’all, I’m here.’ And until he did that, that’s when he became the figurehead that he is. So many people shy away from that and that’s why they never reach their full potential.”

Green is right. LeBron doesn’t mind any of the criticism, and he came to Los Angeles to win. This year’s failure wasn’t his fault.
