Gisele Bundchen uses every moment to recharge her batteries, and yes, there’s nothing better than reconnecting with nature. The gorgeous supermodel loves spending time at the beach, and her Instagram account is full of beach photos.

Tom Brady’s wife posted another beach photo, and it came packed with a nice message. Gisele encouraged others to enjoy every moment of their life. She loves the sunrise and appreciates the power of deep breaths.

“Most of the time we don’t realize we are burned out until we are completely drained – mentally, emotionally, and physically.
“It definitely doesn’t feel good when I’m like this, and that’s why I try to find time to recharge every day, whether meditating, praying, taking a walk in nature, enjoying the sunrise or even just taking a moment to breath deeply.
