Watch: Tom Brady Arrives At Gillette With Epic Style

The New England Patriots are playing the Carolina Panthers at Gillette Stadium, and guess who arrived right on time. Tom Brady. The GOAT decided to arrive in style, and media members didn’t miss the moment. The quarterback didn’t know for sure if Coach Belichick has plans for him, but the team announced his presence on the field.

The Patriots provided a brief report on tonight’s game.

“The Patriots host the Panthers tonight in preseason action, and it is timely to point out how Bill Belichick has managed the roster as it relates to playing time for Tom Brady and many starters. Last week, Brady and many top players received a lot of reps in joint practices with the Titans and then didn’t play in the game Saturday night. Those who did play in the game hadn’t received as many reps in practice. So that sets up a scenario where there are stronger odds that Brady and top players are in action tonight, with the team playing on a short week.”

ESPN’s Mike Reiss wrote, “The Patriots haven’t had too many quick turnarounds in the preseason like they are experiencing this week — a Saturday night road game followed by a Thursday night home game. A look at how Bill Belichick has approached things from a roster perspective.”

In his interview on WEEI’s The Greg Hill Show, Brady didn’t reveal much about his potential role in tonight’s game.

I hope so,” Brady said. “I hope so. Again, we had practice yesterday and we have practice today, and then we will see what coach decides. I hope to be out there. We’ll see what happens.”

He didn’t play in the first two preseason games against the Tennessee Titans and Detroit Lions. Backup quarterback Brian Hoyer and rookie Jarrett Stidham played instead of the GOAT, and they played really well. NFL pundits were amazed with their performance on the field. Is Hoyer slowly getting into shape? Will Stidham be the new GOAT? There are so many questions, and we’d like to see what happens to these two. Brady will have to go at some point.
