Watch: LeBron James Dominating Against New-Look Lakers

LeBron James’ first season with the Los Angeles Lakers was terrible. He suffered a bad groin injury and missed too many games. The king of basketball was criticized on a daily basis, and this criticism is actually his biggest motivation. This season, LeBron James will give his best to help the Lakers win a title.

We saw the superstar working out at the gym at the crack of dawn in multiple occasions. He addresses his doubters on a daily basis, and yes, he is well aware of the speculations about his performance.

In one of his most recent videos, we can see LeBron taking the floor with some of his Lakers teammates. He is in an excellent form, and doubters better change their mind. This video shows that LeBron looks quick off the dribble, providing shocking shots.

In 2018, LeBron averaged 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game. He was active in 55 games due to his injury which is a career low. The Lakers missed the postseason, and the young core had no chance to win more games.

This year, LeBron will play alongside Anthony Davis. Hopefully, he will stay healthy, and Davis will help him score more. The Lakers will rely on the talent of these two, and if they stay healthy, there will be no limit for their power. If one of them suffers an injury, the Lakers will go through the same challenge as they did last year.

Kyle Kuzma is ready to give his best, and he hopes to become the third player on the roster. He said, “Just being able to hit open shots. Obviously, Bron and AD… they’re going to have a lot of attention. A lot of the defense is going to be geared on those guys, so just do what I’ve been doing… nothing different. Hit shots, being a great cutter, running the floor, and being a good teammate.”

“My motivation is there to be that third guy,” the young Laker added, “for the simple fact that playing with LeBron, with AD, I got high dreams for myself to do some pretty special things in my career. So that’s motivation in itself. It’s a testament to my work ethic and laying down the groundwork for my past two years being in the league.”
