Watch: Tom Brady Connects On 42-Yards Deep Ball To Josh Gordon

Head coach Bill Belichick has nothing to worry about except for the red zone, but that’s not even a problem now. The New England Patriots made a few minor mistakes in the season opener against the Steelers, but that’s nothing in comparison to the success Tom Brady has. Phillip Dorsett and Josh Gordon are here to score.

The Steelers are losing this game. Brady connected on another deep ball in the latest possession, and it went for 42 yards to Gordon. Brady’s got a tough arm, and that’s more than enough for haters to stop talking about his lack of performance.

When it comes to Gordon, Patriots players were rooting for his return in Foxborough. The NFL reinstated him conditionally, and it was the best scenario for the team.

“We love Josh,” fellow wideout Phillip Dorsett said. “I love Josh. I’m just glad to have him back. … It’s definitely good to see him. It’s refreshing.

“He’s a physical specimen,” he added. “We all know that. Even from what he did last year — he helped this team out a lot. And we’re definitely hoping he can come back and do the same.”

Dorsett was more than excited about the idea of having Gordon back on the field.

“It definitely would mean a lot to him, because I know it means a lot to him to just play football,” he recently told ESPN’s Mike Reiss. “I was definitely close to him. I just hope he gets himself right. That’s my main concern — just him as a human being. I don’t really care about the football thing. I just want to see him be healthy in his mind, his body and spirit.”

The Patriots crushed the Steelers in the first game of the regular season, and we believe that Rob Gronkowski feels like coming back. He sure misses this action, and seeing his teammates win this game should be more than enough for him to reconsider his future plans with the team.

This is just the beginning of the season, and we believe that the best is yet to come. Let’s go, Pats!
