Rajon Rondo, Frank Vogel React To LeBron James’ Triple-Double Feat

The Los Angeles Lakers are the best NBA team this season, and let’s just all take a moment and give LeBron James a big ‘thank you.’ Thanks to his leadership skills, dedication and great talent, the Lakers won 12 games in the regular season and lost just 2. The team extended their winning streak to five, and the 112-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder was brilliant. LeBron had a record-setting performance, and finished the game with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. In other words, LeBron became the first NBA player to record a triple-double against all NBA teams.

His Lakers teammates were impressed by his game, and point guard Rajon Rondo said he wasn’t surprised that the king was able to accomplish this great feat. Wonder why? Because he is excellent.

Rondo said this was just another record and another accolade. LeBron has done so much, and his game is historic. This shouldn’t come as a surprise, because he is the No. 1, and pretty much everyone know it.

“Just another one of the records. Another accolade. Another thing he’s done in history. Not a surprise but obviously he’s the 1st. No one’s ever done it, so kudos to him.”

Frank Vogel adds to comments made by Rajon Rondo

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said LeBron’s achievement was unbelievable.

If you ask LeBron, he will say that this achievement came as a result of his long tenure in the NBA. Well, he is wrong, because you can’t be this great just because you spent 16 years playing in the NBA. There are veterans who play really bad. Time has nothing to do with LeBron’s greatness. He is just great, that’s all. Vogel believes that other players won’t accomplish this.

It’s unbelievable. He’ll say it’s because he’s been in the league so long, but we all know that it’s because he’s remarkable. For him to be doing it as long as he’s been doing it, that’s how you knock out all 30 teams with a stat like that. I don’t know if that’ll ever get accomplished again.”

King James plays excellent this season. He averages 25.0 points, 7.9 rebounds and 11.1 assists per game. LeBron is one of the main reasons why the Lakers have an excellent record in the league at the moment.

The four-time MVP is in his 17th year in the NBA, and plays his best basketball. If he keeps this average until the end of the season, he has a very great chance to earn his fifth league MVP honors.

This is an important season for everyone, and LeBron will try to keep his promise. He promised to win a title for the Lakers.
