LeBron Sends 3rd Graders At ‘I Promise School’ On Polar Express Ride

LeBron James comes from Akron. He didn’t have the best childhood and was raised by a single mom. His mom struggled to make ends meet, and LeBron used all the things he learned as a child to help kids from his town. There are so many kids out there who need our help, and LeBron decided to give them a chance for a better life. He helped open the I Promise School in Akron, and that’s not the only thing he did for the kids. In the latest avalanche of gifts, the kids were sent for a ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad’s Polar Express ride on Tuesday morning.

It was an incredible excursion, and the school shared photos and videos. We couldn’t just ignore the big smile on their faces. These kids went to the “North Pole” and met Santa Claus.

The Polar Express is a tradition for LeBron and the LeBron James Family Foundation. The king was more than thrilled to give the kids a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The 3rd graders loved every bit of the adventure.

LeBron opened the I Promise School last year and it’s part of the Akron Public School District. The LeBron James Family Foundation’s “We Are Family” philosophy is the base for the big project. LeBron’s goal is to support students and their families in the school and in their homes, too.

LeBron is doing something other people don’t even think about. He is taking care of children whose parents struggle to give them food and education. For a parent, being unable to give your kid a decent mean is the worst nightmare ever.

Kids are doing an excellent job in the school, and their results have improved significantly. Even former President Barack Obama praised LeBron’s efforts. The kids did better in every school subject, and LeBron is more than proud. He was able to do something for at-risk youth in his hometown, and the results are already visible. These children will always remember the chance LeBron gave them. We really believe that this won’t be the last trip for the children. What do you think?
