Tom Brady Releases Statement On Rumors About His Future With Patriots

The New England Patriots lost the regular-season finale to the Miami Dolphins. It looks like quarterback Tom Brady didn’t want to hear all the comments about the Patriots’ Week 17 loss to Miami. This loss dropped the Patriots to the No. 3 seed in the AFC. Brady and his team will have to play during wild-card weekend for the first time since 2009. Well, Brady also doesn’t want to hear all the rumors of people who say that this playoff game is Brady’s last in a Patriots uniform at Gillette Stadium. Is this his last game?

The future holds a lot of surprises for the Patriots nation and Brady himself. Brady is 42 years old, and he is in the final year of his contract. The quarterback said Thursday he’s not very nostalgic as he approaches the final stage of his career.

“I’m just pretty focused on what I need to do,” Brady said ahead of New England’s game against the sixth-seeded Tennessee Titans. “This week has felt pretty much like every other week for the last 20 years. Just trying to focus on what I need to do.”

Brady is now focused on the Patriots’ upcoming game. He isn’t even thinking of his future and his career.

“I haven’t thought about those things and I wouldn’t be thinking about those things anyway,” he said. “It’s felt like a normal week for me, so I just approach practice like I always have and try to do the best I could do. That’s what I’m going to do this weekend as well.”

Brady and his teammates have everything they need to defeat the Tennessee Titans. They will have to use all their talent and power to smash the Titans. Let’s be honest, head coach Bill Belichick has so much to offer, and he has the best team to win this game.

How will the Patriots finish the season? With a win? Will they finish the season with a Super Bowl team? It will be interesting to watch the team win another trophy. It’s a big season for the Pats and their fans. Game on, Pats!
