Watch: Stephen A. And Max Get Heated Over LeBron James Vs. Kawhi Leonard

LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard have been part of a lifelong debate. Both players have great achievements, but some analysts have something else to say.

Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman opened the topic, and they also added Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo in the mix.

The Kawhi-led Los Angeles Clippers and LeBron-led Los Angeles Lakers appeared destined for a Western Conference Finals showdown before the league suspended the regular season. Danny Green is probably the most competent person to compare the two players.

Green helped Leonard lead the Toronto Raptors to the NBA title last campaign. He has also spearheaded the Lakers’ impressive current season alongside the king. Green also played with LeBron in the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2009-10. He played with Leonard on the San Antonio Spurs for seven seasons.

The sharp-shooter went on Monday’s episode of First Take and compared both players.

LeBron confronts Kawhi

Both LeBron and Kawhi are great players. There are a lot of similarities and differences between them. However, they are both serious about the game. Kawhi and Leonard work hard, and they take really good care of their bodies. They are impeccable leaders. Of course, Kawhi isn’t as vocal as King James has been over the years. He became more vocal than he has ever been. When it comes to their on-court game, LeBron is a better facilitator. Kawhi is an attacking offensive, “dissecting the defense type of player.”

“And they’re both, you know, very good defenders when they turn it on. They can lock down some guys. They can change the game, impact the game, on both ends of the floor.”

The Lakers are a Western Conference leader this season with 49-14 record.

LeBron was about to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a title this season, and he will probably do that once the season is open again.

Kawhi and his Clippers won’t have that much luck this season. They will have to go over the Los Angeles Lakers this season. LeBron and Anthony Davis are pretty serious about their title. They won’t go home before getting it. Hopefully, the coronavirus will disappear in the next few weeks.
