Rob Gronkowski Reacts To Being Traded To Buccaneers

Rob Gronkowski is on his way to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The tight end shocked everyone with his decision to retire. However, he sustained a lot of injuries and taking a step back was the only thing to be done at that point. Gronk skipped an entire year and he has decided to come back. He won’t join Bill Belichick and the rest of the players on the Patriots roster. He will join TB12 and the Bucs. How amazing is that?

Gronk has been flirting with the idea of going back on the field. He didn’t say ‘no.’ He kept the door open. Well, he has just entered it.

The Patriots traded Gronk and a seventh-round pick to the Buccaneers for a fourth-round pick. According to some reports, Brady influenced the deal. We didn’t see this as a surprise.

Rob Gronkowski is excited to join the Buccaneers

Gronk’s agent Drew Rosenhaus said that his client has agreed to play for Tampa in 2020. He also said that Gronk will honor his current contract at this time.

Gronk has one more year on his current contract. This would give him $10 million. The Bucs didn’t make any comments on the trade. The Patriots didn’t comment on the trade either.

In other words, the tight end will reunite with TB12. They have won three Super Bowls together. Will they win their fourth?

Rosenhaus talked to ESPN’s SportsCenter Tuesday night. He revealed that the discussions began shortly after TB12 joined the Bucs. Gronk and his agent agreed it would be a nice situation.

Gronkowski loves the Patriots organization, head coach Bill Belichick, the Kraft family, and his teammates. He had a really good time with the Patriots, but he wanted to continue his career with Brady in Florida. According to Rosenhaus, this move was rather challenging for Gronk. He thinks this is cool and exciting. Rosenhaus added that Gronk is well-rested and looking forward to playing with the GOAT again. This reunion came like a really shock to us.
