Vanessa Bryant Shares Emotional IG Post on Her and Kobe’s 19th Anniversary That Will Bring You to Tears

Vanessa Bryant celebrated her first wedding anniversary without Kobe Bryant. She shared a throwback shot of the couple and wrote the most emotional post ever. It brought tears to our eyes.

“My king, my heart, my best friend. Happy 19th wedding anniversary baby. I miss you so much. Wish you were here to hold me in your arms. I love you,” Vanessa captioned the Instagram photo she posted Saturday. It shows the late Lakers legend kissing her on the cheek.

Vanessa and Kobe Bryant had the best of all loves

Kobe and Vanessa met in 1999 on a music video shoot. Vanessa was still in high school and Kobe was 20 years old. Kobe has talked about this in so many interviews. They got married in April 2001 in Dana Point, California.

Bryant’s Instagram page is flooded with emotional tributes to the Black Mamba. Kobe died Jan. 26 in a helicopter crash near Los Angeles. He was traveling with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others. There are no survivors of the crash. Vanessa lost her husband and daughter on the same day, and it’s the worst nightmare she has to go through in her life.

There’s an ongoing investigation into Kobe’s death. Although investigators have released an initial report of the accident, they will need a year to finish the official report.

Vanessa has filed a lawsuit against the helicopter company. Someone has to pay for the tragic death of her husband and daughter. She is looking for answers, and someone has to bear the consequences.

Kobe was one of the most competitive athletes on planet Earth. He has spent his entire career with the Los Angeles Lakers. The world will remember him as an exceptional player. Kobe was an icon and many players looked up to him. He had so much to offer, and he wanted to share his knowledge with others. Sadly, Kobe will no longer give his advice to younger players. But, his legacy will live on. Every NBA player will make sure that Kobe’s legacy lives forever. We are sending our thoughts and prayers to the Bryant family. Rest in peace, Kobe!
