Patriots’ Jarret Stidham Makes Generous Donation To Children, Families In Attleboro

Jarrett Stidham knows how to leave a good impression and he is now making a great donation for the community. The second-year Patriots quarterback is getting ready for his big season. The New England Patriots have decided to trust him and he will probably take the starting position in September. In other words, Stidham will probably be the Patriots’ offensive leader in 2020, and he is already impressing off it.

Stidham and his wife, Kennedy, donated over 1,000 Chick-Fil-A meals to children and families in the Attleboro and Milford areas Friday through the Hockomock YMCA.

Stidham and his lady showed up at the North Attleboro Community School to deliver the food to families who have been hit with the coronavirus pandemic.

The Hockomock YMCA thanked the couple by sharing photos of the event. However, YMCA’s president, Ed Hurley, said the Patriots quarterback didn’t show up for the attention.

“The thing that impressed me was that this was something he wanted to do quietly,” he said. “There was no advance release to the media about it. He just wanted to be there with his wife and just do something to help kids. That’s what he did today.”

Hurley added that many people in attendance didn’t recognize Stidham at first. He was wearing a mask. Let’s just say that he isn’t a recognizable Patriots player. Stidham was a backup quarterback for the Patriots. All the attention goes to the starting quarterback. In this case, it was Tom Brady. Well, TB12 is out of New England now, and Stidham has accepted a big challenge.

Jarrett Stidham impresses everyone with his donation

The quarterback engaged with the kids and families. He paid for lunches for the staff in the YMCA’s emergency child care department.

“I was so impressed meeting Jarrett and Kennedy today for the first time today,” Hurley said. “We’ve gotten to see what great people they are over the years and Jarrett and Kennedy Stidham are just another example of quality people who are part of the Patriot family.”

Stidham is in the spotlight now. Head coach Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots have high expectations from him. He will have to show everyone that Belichick did a good job by trusting him. Coach Belichick and Nick Caserio didn’t select a quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft, and they will probably put Stidham at center in 2020.
