He is in his primetime, and he plays this great thanks to his incredible body and basketball intelligence.

LeBron James eats the right foods for his abs

What does LeBron eat to keep his body carved to perfection? Although he has cheat days just like every other person on planet Earth, LeBron takes a really good care of his meals. He eats tacos every Tuesday, and Taco Tuesday is a tradition in his home.

But, he can’t build those muscles by eating tacos only. LeBron sticks to a balance between Michael Phelps’ diet and every other health-conscious person.

The Lakers superstar eats egg white omelets, berries and yogurt. He also gets to eat gluten-free pancakes. If he is into an easy meal, LeBron eats a whole-wheat bagel and peanut butter. This gives him all the energy he needs to finish his daily tasks. LeBron also adds fruit and protein powder to his menu. Protein powder is one of the very few artificial products LeBron uses. If you ask him, he will say that yogurt, apples and almond butter make the most delicious meals. Super tasty! And healthy.

Before every important game, LeBron eats low-fat protein and carbs. He also eats veggies, whole-wheat pasta and chicken breast. At half-time, he eats peanut butter and jam. Some fruit maybe.

As you can see, LeBron likes his fruit. He eats lots of fruit throughout the day. Chicken is also part of his menu, and he likes broccoli and fresh salads.
