Bill Belichick Had Hilarious Response to QB Prospect’s Bad Throw at Pro Day

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick arrived at the Miami Hurricanes Pro Day for a reason. On Tuesday, he was spotted in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Belichick visited his dear friend Nick Saban and watched Mac Jones’ throwing exhibition.

Well, Belichick was far from happy with one of the overthrows. It was a bad throw and Belichick’s reaction said it all. Jones’ second throwing exhibition wasn’t that good.

Maybe Belichick reacted to something else. We can’t really say much at this point. Maybe this was a reaction to something different. One thing stands for sure. It was a perfect coincidence.

Bill Belichick made the Pro Day to watch quarterbacks

Jones had another overthrow and San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan had an interesting reaction, too.

The quarterback prospect delivered some great throws to DeVonta Smith. However, his performance was nothing when compared to Justin Fields from Ohio State. Fields had an incredible show in Columbus.

The 49ers moved up the draft board to No.3. Did they try to create enough room to select Jones.

Fields was much better at his Pro Day, and Shanahan may change his mind.

Fields ran a 4.44 40-yard dash. This was much faster than most predictions. Fields has a high-end arm, and NFL experts didn’t miss this.

There’s a huge difference in athleticism. Fields’ intangibles is also here. The prospect didn’t have the supporting cast on offense that Mac Jones had at Alabama.

Fans and experts took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the topic.

Michael Smith said Fields was “the most disrespected projected Top 5, Top 10 pick in recent draft history.”

Former NFL wide receiver Torrey Smith wanted to remind everyone that Fields has been a better option than Jones.

New England offered Cam Newton another deal. Jarrett Stidham will try really hard in training camp. But, Belichick has yet to find the quarterback of the future. Newton, Stidham, a draft prospect… There are so many options for the Patriots at this point. Belichick will pick the best for his team.
