Julian Edelman Shares Very Relatable Tweet To Welcome Month Of March

It’s been a long year, guys. A lot of things changed this year. The coronavirus pandemic shut down every sports event. We had to stay home. Players had to stay home. Gyms were closed, too. Athletes were unable to work out and compete. The NBA was shut down for four months. Players had to finish their season in the summer, playing inside a bubble. They were away from their families for months. Football players finished their 2020 season in empty stadiums. Some teams allowed a limited number of fans. Julian Edelman missed a big portion of the season, but he didn’t miss the chance to fire a tweet once in a while.

Julian Edelman described us all in his tweet

Twelve months later, and here we are, in our second March of the pandemic. Everyone we know has changed so much. Some grow out their hair while others change their style. Beard, no beard, different hair dye for the men. Ladies changed hair color, outfits, different shapes of their brows… Well, we had to take care of our physical appearance at home. Hair salons and barbershops were closed for a really long time. Some haven’t had their haircut since March 2020.

Is this the case with Edelman? The Patriots star wideout took to Twitter to share a relatable tweet as we enter our second COVID-19 March.

Yes, Edelman, it was a long year. We all know someone who looks just like the guy in the second picture.

Edelman played just six games in 2020. He underwent a knee procedure and the Patriots placed him on injured reserve. Hopefully, his knee will heal right on time. New England needs the star wideout back. Edelman is looking forward to his next season with the Patriots. Will he stay in New England? Edelman is a great player, but the Patriots may decide to move on from him. Is there any chance for Edelman to sign Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers?
