Bill Belichick Surprising Answer To Question About Tom Brady, Alex Guerrero

The New England Patriots lost Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the spring of 2020. The greatest quarterback of all time put an end to his stint with the Patriots and will probably finish his career with the Buccaneers. So, Brady is gone for over a year, but people can’t stop talking about it. The Buccaneers will come to New England in Week 4, and this game only adds fuel to the fire. Brady’s longtime trainer adds fuel to the fire, too. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick heard something about the comments Alex Guerrero made. His response won’t surprise you… That’s a sure bet.

In his interview with the Boston Herald, Guerrero talked about Brady’s departure from New England. He believes that Belichick treated Brady like the “20-year-old kid” he drafted. This comment caused an avalanche of reactions. What did Belichick say?

“I appreciate the question,” he said during a Zoom call. “I know there’s a lot of interest for obvious reasons in next week’s game. But we’re focused on the Saints here, and Monday we’ll get to next week.”

Bill Belichick will talk about Alex Guerrero next week

Typical Belichick response. The Patriots head coach is all-in when it comes to winning his next game. He is getting ready for the New Orleans Saints, and that’s the only thing that matters right now. He always does this. The media always asks questions about former players or Belichick’s plans and ideas. As you all know, he will only answer questions related to the next game. That’s all.

Reporters will have an entire week to ask questions about Brady. TB12 and his new team didn’t come to Foxboro last season but they are definitely coming in 2021. This will be the game you don’t want to miss. I guess most of the questions next week will be related to Brady’s relationship with his former coach. Guerrero fueled the fire at the wrong time. Or not?

Belichick respects his former quarterback, and the same goes to Brady. We wouldn’t go any deeper into the reasons they had to part ways.
