Mac Jones Reveals Offseason Plan Ahead Of First Pro Bowl

The New England Patriots lost the wild-card game to the Buffalo Bills. Their rookie did a wonderful job, taking the team to a seven-game winning streak. Mac Jones joined the Patriots for a reason, and his offseason plan speaks volume for his amazing career. Oh yes, Bill Belichick’s first-rounder earned a spot in the Pro Bowl.

In his rookie campaign with the Patriots, Jones was able to complete 67.6 percent of his passes and finished the year with 3,801 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions.

Mac Jones has strong offseason plan

In his convo with Randy Moss, Booger McFarland, and Adam Schefter, Jones revealed his plans for the offseason.

“I think this offseason will be a big part of it, just getting stronger and cleaning up on my diet and all that,” the rookie said. “There’s a lot that’s going to go into it before next season even starts, so that’s the important part: attacking that, and then hopefully a lot of big changes will come, whether it’s mechanics or the playbook.

“I have a lot of time now to kind of digest everything and kind of take it over how I want to do it.”

Jones became a professional football player. He has to be a professional in every aspect of the word. Sticking to a good diet plan is always a good idea and NFL players know what works best for their bodies. Jones and Patriots nutritionists Ted Harper will be working together to elevate his body to a higher level.

“I like ice cream too much, like a lot of people,” Jones said. “But just limit it and then try to eat healthy, like we do with the Patriots. Every day, they give us great food, so I’ve just got to talk to Ted, our nutritionist, and make sure we’re on the same page.”

Well, Jones better get the best of that food. He is a serious guy with a serious task on his table. Belichick has found himself a valuable player and has great plans for his future.

We have a good feeling for Jones’ career. And you?
