Anthony Davis Has Sincere Response To Trade Rumors

The Los Angeles Lakers won’t get any near the playoffs this season. The team lost too many games this year and the results are already here. LeBron James and his teammates won’t get a ring this time and they should probably start planning their next season. Most of the players have been linked to serious trade rumors. Anthony Davis is one of these guys and he decided to say something about all the trade rumors surrounding his future in LA.

Lakers fans are far from happy with the current situation at the moment. Their team won’t compete for a title this season. Who will be the first player to go? Some NBA analysts bet on Frank Vogel. The Lakers head coach helped the team win a ring inside the NBA bubble a couple of years ago. However, this may not help him keep his spot as a head coach in Los Angeles.

Russell Westbrook may leave the team, too. The Lakers got him through a huge trade, but he wasn’t a good fit at all. He struggled to make an impact on the floor and many would agree that the Westbrook experiment didn’t work at all. The nine-time All-Star likes the Lakers and he won’t give up on his role with the team. He even sees himself with the Lakers in the future.

AD shares the same opinion.

Anthony Davis is not worried about trade rumors

The Lakers big man is not really worried about all the rumors related to him. There’s nothing he can do about it.

“I can’t control those things,” Davis said to ESPN. “That’s an upstairs thing. A Klutch, Rich Paul thing. My agency.

“I mean, my job is to go out and play basketball. Obviously, I love it in L.A. If that’s something that they’re considering, then we’ll have a conversation about it. I don’t know what they’re talking about, what’s the plan.”

The Lakers have to make a decision, but Magic Johnson doesn’t believe they should trade AD. Let’s see what happens in the offseason.
