LeBron James Responds To Tracy McGrady “Skill” Comment

LeBron James heard the comments Tracy McGrady made about Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant and his reaction was priceless. LeBron knows both players really well and he even played with one of them. Of course, his time with Irving was plagued with tension and speculation. It got so bad that Irving forced his way out of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

This doesn’t change the way LeBron sees him. The four-time NBA champion praises great players and Irving is definitely on his list of skilled veterans. When it comes to Durant, LeBron has played against him and his teams on so many occasions. He went against the Golden State Warriors and also challenged the Brooklyn Nets.

LeBron James agrees with Tracy McGrady

The Nets are doing a really good job and McGrady said Durant and Irving make the most skilled duo he has ever watched play. He even compared them to Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen and LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

“There’s no other dynamic duo that compares to KD and Kyrie,” McGrady told Shannon Sharpe. “Even if you look at what LeBron and D-Wade was, skill-wise, they’re still not touching them two boys.”

Guess what… LeBron didn’t even get mad. He agreed with McGrady and that KD and Irving “are 2 of the most skilled players of all-time.”

Wade is not mad either. He said “that is not a dig,” adding that KD and Irving are “SKILLED”. We couldn’t agree more.

LeBron had the chance to share the court with Irving. They won a lot of games together in Cleveland. Unfortunately, Irving wanted to lead his own team and took his talents to the Boston Celtics. There was tension between them, but everything is fine now. LeBron praised Irving for his incredible performance in the series.

The Nets have a chance to do something great this season. The Lakers left the playoff race with a losing record. Durant and Irving should really get the best of their game this time.

It was a long season and players had to overcome many challenges. Some of them did better than others.
