Former Patriots Game Changer May Be Retiring

Rob Gronkowski may retire. Again. The former New England Patriots game changer called it career in 2019 and used his time off to party and relax. Is that even possible? Well, big Gronk can do it all. We watched all those videos of him partying hard. He donated money, helped those in need, visited sick kids, and promoted new partnerships. Enter Tom Brady. The former Patriots quarterback left the team in free agency and joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady became a Buccaneer and convinced Gronk to come out of his retirement.

Some say Gronkowski stepped on the football field again just because he wanted to play with Brady. We all know that Gronk would go wherever Brady goes.

The Patriots game changer may be retiring after a great career

It’s interesting to note that Brady decided to retire earlier this offseason. It was the hottest news of the offseason and Brady shocked everyone once again. He changed his mind and came out of his retirement to sign another season with the Buccaneers. It seems like Gronk won’t follow his footsteps. Is the big guy calling it career again?

The former Patriots tight end didn’t play his best game in 2021. He won a ring in his first season with the Buccaneers, but his second year wasn’t that productive.

Leonard Fournette had a nice question for NFL fans. Will Gronk play again? Will fans be wearing his jersey in 2022?

“I need answers,” Fournette captioned the post.

Big Gronk took notice of the tweet and his response was hilarious.

“I’ll represent a 7 jersey in the stands for ya!” Gronkowski stated.

The tight end has definitely earned his spot in the Hall of Fame. If he retires now, he will finish his career with 621 receptions, 9,286 yards, and 92 touchdowns. Gronk also made five Pro Bowl appearances and is a four-time All-Pro. Oh, yes, he is also part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s All-2010 team. How impressive is that?

Brady has seven rings and Gronk has four. We have a feeling that Gronk will make headlines for a really long time.
