Watch: Bill Belichick Shows Compassionate Side With Brilliant Orlando Brown Story

We cannot really say that Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is the happiest man in the National Football League. Every player in the league knows that Belichick is the grumpiest man in the league. Well, that’s a pure fact.

However, if you have followed the development of the New England Patriots head coach, you have probably noticed that Belichick has a soft side, too. There are so many stories to prove this.

“The Hoodie’s” tenderness is presented in “Son of Zeus.” It’s an NFL Films feature on Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Orlando Brown Jr.

The 22-year-old Brown is the son of former NFL offensive lineman Orland Brown. He played for Bill Belichick and the Cleveland Browns. Brown passed away in 2011.

Belichick told a brilliant story about “Zeus,” and NFL experts are amazed with his comments.

Well, Belichick may be grumpy but he sure appreciates real talent. He knows how to recognize a nice athlete and always has good words to say for everyone who attracts his attention.

In “Fridays with Bill,” John powers writes about Belichick’s good side. He is a talented coach, and Powers added that in his book. He used pretty much every info from Belichick’s press conferences.

“You’d rather do something that you’re good at but you have to do something that the team requires you to do. That’s what team sport is, that’s what football is. You put the team first. You do your job.”

“When you’re a young coach you’re (thinking) ‘Okay, who does things in a way that you admire or respect or want to emulate?’ Or, ‘What can you take from a good program to help you as a coach?’ Or, ‘If you ever get a chance, what would you do that they do?’ They were one of those teams. From the first year the Steelers had a very strong impact from the outside on my philosophy as a coach,” Powers wrote of the young Belichick.
