If you ask NBA fans, they will all agree that LeBron James had the best Halloween costume. The Los Angeles Lakers star arrived at the Staples Center dressed as Jason from Friday 13th. Many said he was the most terrifying thing that night, but we say that the Dallas Mavericks suffered a more terrifying loss.

The Lakers won the game against the Mavericks, and it was about time that they regain control on the court. This is the team’s third win of the regular season. LeBron was the most successful player, and he finished with 29 points. The king of basketball scored a free throw and sealed the big win.

The Lakers won the game, but LeBron is still unhappy with the way things develop for the team. “I don’t like the way we closed out the game, but for the majority of the game we played well.”

This was just a pure luck. LeBron missed the first free throw, but was successful in the second one. This gave the Lakers a one-point lead. The Lakers were sure lucky, because J.J. Barea missed his 3-pointer in the last second of the game.

“NBA games are never over and you have to play the game a certain way. If you mess with the game, the game will mess with you and I thought we did that a little bit. Hopefully we can learn the same lesson even if it was a win,’” Lakers head coach Luke Walton said.

“I love the fight. Our first quarter was very disappointing but we battled back. We were able to get stops in the fourth quarter and we were getting some momentum on offense,” Maverick coach Rick Carlisle commented on the loss.
The Lakers are back on track, and they will sure win more games. That’s what fans hope for.
