Tom Brady, Julian Edelman Have Hilarious Exchange Over QB’s Super Bowl Rings

Tom Brady has gotten his hands (or better yet, fingers) on quite a few Super Bowl rings.

The New England Patriots quarterback now owns six Lombardi Trophies, the most recent being from Super Bowl LIII this past February.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft hosted the ceremony Thursday night at his house where the players received their rings which are pretty impressive to say the least, and the biggest of the six in franchise history.

Pats wide receiver Julian Edelman decided to have some fun with Brady and asked him to recreate the famous Michael Jordan rings photo.

Brady responded, and though he didn’t quite reject the idea, it sounds like it might take a little bit to make the photoshoot happen.

Yeah, it probably takes some bad-a*s security system to keep those six Super Bowl rings.

Crafted in 10-karat gold, the Super Bowl LIII Championship ring features the iconic Patriots logo on a custom-cut, red and blue stone. Thirty-eight diamonds surround the logo with an additional diamond set in the star, representing two NFL records reached by the Patriots. The logo rests atop six Lombardi trophies, intricately set with 123 diamonds, each accented with a marquise-cut diamond. There are additional 108 pave-set diamonds which represent the number of practices in the 2018 campaign.

The most coveted title in football, WORLD CHAMPIONS, is proudly displayed on either side of the ring top. 76 diamonds adorn the edges of the ring alongside 20 round blue sapphires, which are emblematic of the Patriots 20 AFC East division championships.
