Watch: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is So Bad Even Anthony Davis Laughed When He Blew a Layup

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope isn’t considered a key player for the Los Angeles Lakers, but the Lakers fanbase wants him out. Lakers fans don’t like Caldwell-Pope. His contract isn’t up for another two seasons and has a no-trade clause. People want him out, and seeing him blow an easy layup on Wednesday night was the last drop. Anthony Davis couldn’t handle it anymore, and he burst in laughter.

Caldwell-Pope is a Shaqtin legend, and he will probably end up on the special once again. He is a good defender on the wing, but his offensive inconsistency is a major problem. This made fans think of Nick Young’s day in Hollywood. Well, one can’t just watch him blow this layup, and Davis had a really good laugh.

The Lakers will probably take into consideration the mistakes Caldwell-Pope made, and let’s just say that he may not get a chance to play with the Lakers next season.

LeBron and Davis may not need Caldwell-Pope

When it comes to this season, the Lakers are playing great. They lost two games so far, and that’s much better than the record they had last season. The team is working really hard to build a strong squad, and they have a really good chances to make the playoffs.

LeBron James built a strong relationship with Davis, and they make the best duo in the NBA. The Lakers will build their strength around these two, and Kyle Kuzma is expected to become the third best player on the roster. Kuzma was injured, but he had excellent performance in the game against the Phoenix Suns. LeBron is satisfied with his effort on the floor, and according to him, it was a matter of time. Kuzma can shoot, and LeBron needs that.

The king doesn’t try to lead the team in points, and he’d rather help shooters score. But, this doesn’t change the fact that he still records triple-doubles. LeBron won’t stop now that he is so close to winning a title. Will the Lakers win the title this season? Let’s see what happens next in the season. It will be a long season for the Lakers and their star player.
