Anthony Davis Says LeBron Taught Him One Big Lesson

LeBron James and Anthony Davis have the chance to get to know each other really well. Davis has learned so much from LeBron, but he will never forget one particular lesson.

The Los Angeles Lakers are really close to winning a title this season. Davis and LeBron make the best duo in the NBA. The Los Angeles Clippers are really confident about Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, but everyone knows that the Lakers have the best duo in the league.

Davis arrived in Los Angeles in the summer. The Lakers traded Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, and Brandon Ingram to the New Orleans Pelicans. This was their second attempt to get Davis. It worked this time. LeBron and Davis help each other on the floor, and the rest of the team contributes to the game.

This season is much better than LeBron’s debut with the Lakers. The team stands at 40-12 at this moment and own the Western Conference at the moment.

LeBron gives Davis a lesson for life

In an interview with ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, David talked about LeBron’s impact on his game and all the lessons he learned so far.

LeBron helped him realize one simple thing. Every time he goes on the floor, he plays for something. As a superstar, he has to play his best and help the team win the game.

“I learned that every time you go on the floor, you’re playing for something,” Davis said. “Anytime you go on the floor, you want to get a team’s best shot. People say the Lakers are not that good and in games that they shouldn’t be in, but this team that everybody wants to beat and you have a target on your back, you’re going to get every team’s best shot.”

The Lakers are heading into the final stretch of the season. They play the best basketball, and the numbers say it all. Let’s see what happens by the end of the season. It’s a long season after all. Will the Lakers stay strong enough to finish it with a title? They haven’t won a title since Kobe Bryant’s retirement. Winning a title will be the best way to honor the legend.
