Veteran quarterback Cam Newton knows how to pick the right outfit for his pregame ceremonies. The Patriots starting quarterback knows how to make people talk and he has been making the best headlines lately. Yes, he steals the spotlight every time he makes a public appearance.

On Sunday, the fashionable quarterback wore an outfit that made everyone think of a cartoon. The New England Patriots arrived at SoFi Stadium to play against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Inspector Gadget, everyone?

Newton sure added the final touches to this look. He had some nice jewelry, and we are fine with that.

We have seen Newton rock different looks this season. Some fans had a hard time coping with his fashion choices. But, Newton is making a statement and he is happy with it. He is just trying to express himself. That’s a good goal if you ask us.

Cam Newton to pick the right outfit for the win

Newton’s outfit doesn’t change the importance of Sunday’s game. New England has a 5-6 record and they really need to win this game. This win would increase their chances of making the playoffs this season.

Maybe the Patriots will have a chance to go 4-1 and finish 9-7 this season. Well, they will also need enough help from other teams. Their Week 13 opponents have a 3-8 record. Rookie quarterback Justin Herbert is a big threat and head coach Bill Belichick has to shut him down. Andrew Callahan and Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald said that the Patriots really can’t take the Chargers lightly.

Newton has to pay close attention to Chargers elite edge defender Joey Bosa. He is one of the best pass rushers in the league. He can easily be a big threat for the Patriots backfield.

The starting quarterback entered the game with an abdomen injury. He was limited in practice this week and his status for the game was sort of questionable.

New England has to keep him upright and clean if they want to see him get back to his early-season form. Newton won a MVP award, and he won’t stop here.
