Julian Edelman Delivers a Message to Patriots Fans

Former wideout Julian Edelman has a special connection with Patriots fans. Yes, he is officially a former New England Patriots wideout. Jules is out of the game but this won’t really affect his connection with his fanbase.

The 2018 Super Bowl MVP took the field once again Sunday night. The New England Patriots had their game against the New Orleans Saints and the team honored Edelman with a nice ceremony. He arrived at Gillette Stadium and even had a one last run. The crowd went wild and Edelman got really emotional. He delivered a speech and brought joy to each and every Patriots fan at the stadium.

It didn’t end here. The former Patriots wideout took to his Instagram account to pen his final goodbye.

“Ever since my retirement 5 months ago, I’ve been at peace with my decision but the one thing that I felt was missing was a final goodbye to you, pats nation. Yesterday we got that goodbye. I appreciate everything you’ve done for me and for my family, and I wouldn’t be where I am without every single one of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. #FoxboroForever”

Julian Edelman will always have Patriots fans by his side

Edelman is grateful for every experience in the NFL. He was a Patriots player for over a decade. It was a wild run and Edelman had an incredible career as a Patriots wide receiver. He helped the team win a lot of games and the best reward came in 2018. Edelman won the Super Bowl MVP that year. It was the best reward for his great effort.

The Patriots will have to move on with their star wideout and this may be a little tricky. They really need a strong wideout and Edelman was one of the best to do the job.

What’s Edelman up to now? He will probably just enjoy being a good dad. That’s the most important role in the world. He has a little princess who cheers on him and that’s the only thing that matters in this life.
