Magic Johnson Reacts to LeBron James Powering Lakers Over Celtics

The Los Angeles Lakers seem to be back in track again. They beat the Boston Celtics 117-102 and many would agree that this was their best game in the 2021-22 NBA season. Former Lakers director of basketball operations Magic Johnson watched the game, of course, and had great words for each and every Lakers player, including LeBron James.

Johnson enjoyed watching “vintage LeBron James” reclaim the throne and do his magic on the basketball floor. He took to his Twitter account to praise LeBron and his 30-point night.

LeBron is definitely back in form. He missed eight games and earned a suspension following the altercation with Detroit Pistons big man Isaiah Stewart. The four-time NBA champion found his rhythm again and had a 30-point performance on 13-of-19 shooting. LeBron showed us all once again that he is the best leader LA will ever get.

Magic Johnson, Frank Vogel praise LeBron James

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel praised LeBron as well. He said the king of basketball was “fantastic on both sides of the ball.” LeBron likes to channel his inner coach and lead his team throughout the game. We have seen him “bark out commands” and put teammates in the right spots.

We have to say that LeBron has an incredible basketball mind. His basketball intelligence is super strong and his photographic memory helps him organize his next move. LeBron has this incredible ability to predict the next move of his opponents. This has helped him play elite basketball for two decades. LeBron’s impact has helped NBA teams win a lot of games. He can turn any team into contender.

The Big 3 helped the team win this game. LeBron, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook used the opportunity to send the Celtics home with an L. LeBron hit 16 points in the first quarter and Broddie was amazing in the third. Davis did wonders in the second half.

What does that mean? LA has a chance to avoid the play-in tournament and make the NBA Finals again. Hopefully, players will be able to avoid injuries and suspensions.
