Lakers $189 Million Star Makes Surprising Admission

The Los Angeles Lakers will adjust their roster in the offseason, hoping to avoid a similar catastrophe. Injuries plagued the team and most players struggled to stay healthy. LeBron James and Anthony Davis missed too many games and the team didn’t really have a chance to make an impact. LeBron and AD didn’t play too much together. They look good now and the Lakers star made a shocking admission.

AD was seen partying a couple of weeks ago. Fans weren’t too happy because everyone thought that he’d spend more time preparing for the new season. We believe that Davis have just added fuel to the fire.

He said that he hadn’t played since April 5.

“I haven’t shot a basketball since April, like maybe, April 5th,” Davis said on The Nuke Squad’s YouTube channel.

The Lakers star to improve following the shocking admission

AD saw action in just 40 games which is really disappointing. The Lakers offered him a contract extension but Davis didn’t meet expectations. He wasn’t able to meet expectations at all. Davis’ health struggles triggered an avalanche of reactions. Many thought that the team would trade him for a healthier and stronger player. Yes, Davis is one of the best players in the NBA, but he struggles to stay healthy. His history of injuries my put a spell on Davis’ career.

Rob Pelinka hasn’t said a word about Davis’ potential trade, but analysts said a few words about it.

Darvin Ham is now coaching the Lakers. His hiring may change the gameplan and the new head coach seems to be really confident about his team. Maybe he will find a way to use Russell Westbrook and keep AD strong.

“Davis has appeared in just 76 games over the past two seasons, as he’s dealt with a variety of injuries. His play was better last season than in the season before, but Davis may be on the downswing of his career. He’ll be 30 towards the end of next season and his days of appearing in more than 60-65 games are probably over,” NBA analyst Keith Smith wrote in a recent article for Spotrac.
