Josh McDaniels Gives Update On N’Keal Harry’s Progress

N’Keal Harry has yet to make a story with the New England Patriots. He was placed on injured reserve, and the Patriots activated him. The rookie receiver has been practicing with the team, and Josh McDaniels talked about him during a Tuesday morning conference call with media members.

McDaniels talked about Harry’s status and his ongoing progress.

The rookie was activated off injured reserve two weeks ago, but has yet to play a real game. Harry sat out the Patriots Week 9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. When will he play his first game with the Patriots? This has been a really popular topic in New England. The Patriots are coming back from their bye week, and fans are already asking for an update on Harry.

The offensive coordinator didn’t reveal much about the Patriots’ plans for Harry. However, he did say that the early returns on the first-round pick have been really positive.

“(He) continues to make progress,” McDaniels said. “Works hard. Each week is an opportunity that we’re trying to add more in terms of the things he can do, the things he’s comfortable doing, the things we’re comfortable with him doing within our offense, and I think it’s all positive. Everybody’s working hard for the same goal, which is to have him contribute and help us win games moving forward. Nothing other than that to add to it.”

McDaniels revealed that Harry continues to make progress, adding that he really works hard. They are trying to add more to his skills, and the team really tries to develop his skills even further. Harry is comfortable with a lot of plays on the field, and the Patriots are trying to push that even further.

Every player works hard for the same goal, and Harry is expected to have great contribution to the game. The team made a lot of changes to the roster, and they created a really strong squad. Hopefully, New England will win the remaining games in the second half of the regular season.

The New England Patriots are playing the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. They are almost complete except for the few players on injured reserve. We’re waiting for the official injury report for the game.

The Eagles are considered tough, and Tom Brady still can’t forget the Super Bowl loss to the team. It was a big motivation though, and the Patriots will definitely try to win this Super Bowl.
